WASHINGTON, D.C.  –  A baby products manufacturer issued a recall for a high chair Thursday. Evenflo recalled 95,000 of its “Majestic” high chairs. The company says it has received more than 1,000 reports of parts falling off, and in some cases, the seat back has fallen off. There have been dozens of injuries to young children reported including head bruises and broken bones. The chairs were sold nationwide at stores such as Toys-R-Us, Babies-R-Us, Burlington Coat Factory, and online at WalMart from January 2006 to May 2007.
